Overview

  • Build out an Executive Protection program with a risk-based methodology that provides support for 12 top line executives and second line executives including the implementation of new policies, governance, frameworks and SOPs
  • Develop an EP governance suite, including frameworks, policies, standards, SOPs, templates and playbooks, to support a best-in-class EP program
  • Provide event security risk assessments and onsite support for large scale events, and events where executives are present
  • Executive Protection support for the client’s executive leadership team including: routine and ad hoc risk profile assessments, logistical support, onsite security reviews, and on the ground support, as required
  • Enhance situational awareness, threat management, and intelligence goals across a variety of cross-functional internal stakeholders — at headquarters and regional offices within the client’s environment
