Build out an Executive Protection program with a risk-based methodology that provides support for 12 top line executives and second line executives including the implementation of new policies, governance, frameworks and SOPs
Develop an EP governance suite, including frameworks, policies, standards, SOPs, templates and playbooks, to support a best-in-class EP program
Provide event security risk assessments and onsite support for large scale events, and events where executives are present
Executive Protection support for the client’s executive leadership team including: routine and ad hoc risk profile assessments, logistical support, onsite security reviews, and on the ground support, as required
Enhance situational awareness, threat management, and intelligence goals across a variety of cross-functional internal stakeholders — at headquarters and regional offices within the client’s environment
