Overview

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Engage with regional stakeholder teams to assess gaps in their internal crisis response playbooks and processes.
  3. Maintain a unified command structure for managing crisis impacting company people and assets.
  4. Lead a Crisis Management Team (CMT) during a crisis.
  5. Restore operations to business as usual.
  6. Plan, develop, and conduct annual training as directed by the Regional Crisis Manager.
  7. Identify opportunities for education and awareness of crisis management methodology across the region.
  8. Update CMT rosters on a quarterly basis.
  9. Support CMT activations as directed by the Regional Crisis Manager.
  10. Support and/or lead program projects, including working with third-party vendors, developing project charters, identifying and meeting project milestones, develop and track project metrics and key performance indicators (KPI).
  11. All other duties, as assigned.
