Overview

Provide Investigative Support to Member Countries in the following areas: (1) facilitate the exchange of
Police data and intelligence on chemical related crimes, supporting the identification of terrorists and nonstate actors who have been connected to the use or manufacture of improvised devices to include
improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and chemical dispersal devices; (2) share explosives and chemical related
information and intelligence; (3) lead bilateral/or multi-lateral case discussions with member countries
following a report of a chemical/explosive incident and coordinate support to the investigations; (4) assist in
the collection of raw data and evidence, including digital forensics and biometrics; (5) facilitate intelligence
analysis support to ongoing national and/or regional counter-terrorism investigations related to chemicals
and explosives;
